Don't you just love it when socialists use freedom of speech to criticize freedom of speech??? By the way, I can't call MSNBC liberal because that would be an insult to real liberals. If you look at the definition of traditional liberalism in American culture and the definition of conservative neither one advocates taking away free speech. However, socialists, communists and fascists love to use the freedoms that they want to restrict others from using in a war meant to do just that. Now, after the deviants at MSNBC and GLAAD lost their fight to keep Phil off the air following him quoting the Bible and making an observation they have taken the war to a new level. Before, the war was just with Phil primarily, now it would seem that they are taking the outcry, from both people who were appalled at the censoring of both Phil and those who believe in traditional American values, to be representative of a "majority white supremacist culture". So, if you somehow value liberty, value free speech, free thought, freedom of religion, etc. you are now a "white supremacist" according to MSNBC. No doubt we will see a kneejerk reaction from some parties trying to distance themselves from the label but I think that the majority of those who stood for liberty will continue to do so in spite of MSNBC's attempt at fragmenting those who oppose political correctness and value liberty.

I am sharing this link here because there are so many Christians on this forum. This little girl is going to die because her Military insurance carrier denied her a life-saving surgery recommended by her doctors. They are 20K away from their goal needed to pay for the surgery.

The elephant in the room with what Phil Robertson said is whether or not homosexuality is wrong, (I don’t watch the boob-tube, so I could care less about A&E or Duck Dynasty). According to what I understand from what Phil is saying about the Bible’s take on homosexuality is that, it is a sin because it’s unnatural & a perversion of the mind, body & spirit. But there is no physical or mental proof of this in the real world...Homosexuality starts in the womb, just heterosexuality, and there are no mutations of genes or signs of psychological damage in the brain. So in essence, it’s actually unnatural & detrimental for a homosexual NOT to be who they are simply because of a certain religions ideologies.

LETS TAKE OUR COUNTRY BACK PEOPLE !!!! Congress is not going to volunteer to make a law on term limits and an Article 5 will not work because the state legislators will be cutting their own throats as congressional hopefuls. My Comments on Ducks //\\: A&E reversing itself & allowing Phil Robertson back on that network is MUCH more that some kooky 'ol Duck Hunter staying on TV. Make no Mistake, this came about because a Christian was willing to boldly speak the truth. He was willing to throw away Millions of Dollars to be true to Christ. He wasn't concerned with being politically correct. He wasn't mislead into believing made-up terms by the LGBT community like "Homophobic" & "Gay Bashing." had any legitimacy. A&E backing down was a big deal. For once the members of GLAAD got push-back and LOST. That is very rare. Combine that with the closing of 89 Abortion clinics and you have an actual move towards God and common sense. Our Country has become inundated with sin, which is overlooked by way too many Christians. The United Methodist Church, The Episcopal Church, Presbyterians USA, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and more have invited Homosexuals to become pastors and not only accept Abortion, but help pay for members Abortions. This is Heresy and a slap in the Face to Our LORD and the Word of God. Even Christians who don't deny the sin of these acts are determined to not speak out. They have been mislead and feel that they must only show Christian love to solve the problem. Christ did say go into the world and preach the Gospel. He did not say be afraid to speak the truth while you do it. Loving your neighbor INCLUDES telling them God's Truth.

Ok so I'll admit I hadn't read the whole GQ article - I had just read the news article(s) paraphrasing Phil's "homophobia and racism" and I was of the opinion that people just didn't understand what he was saying in a biblical context so I've supported him all the way - I've 'liked' every Support Phil page and signed the petitions and haven't watched A & E since they suspended him. But this morning Justin and I read the entire article http://www.gq.com/entertainment/television/201401/duck-dynasty-phil-robertson?currentPage=3 and low and behold there is NOTHING racist or homophobic in the entire article. He calls homosexuality a sin because the bible calls it a sin. He never once says that someone's choices make them bad people and he never once says anything intolerant - he just says we're to love people - all people and do what we can to help point them to Jesus. I couldn't find a racist comment anywhere unless maybe it's the fact that Willie and his wife are the adoptive parents of a biracial child.... Perhaps he's racist because he is grandpa to a biracial child not a fully black child? I don't know? I don't understand it. Perhaps he's a racist because he has and still does open his home to "the least of these" to share the good news of Jesus? I do find it absolutely incredible how one group or another (Christian and conservative groups are JUST as guilty) can take parts and piece of things said and done and manipulate them so massively! I support Phil Robertson and the Robertson family. Read the article for yourself- but beware there are some offensive things written.... The author of the article has a bit of a potty-mouth. You've been duly warned Jack!
