Yes, drain the swamp. We need term limits. We've sent many to Washington who promised to make term limits happen, then it doesn't. SO, here's an idea. Make term limits law, but grandfather in the current people. They don't want to be kicked out, but they won't care that those coming behind them will be limited. At least term limits will be on the books for the future. Say each rep/senator gets two back-to-back terms. After that they are out for a time, maybe a time equal to twice what their terms were, then they can run again. Anytime one is voted after just one term, allow them to run again in the election that occurs after their defeat. But no more than two back-to-back terms for any rep/senator without a significant break before serving again.
