It is imperative that Americans agree with the founders concern for minority individual rights stand up for individualism vs socialism and for a Constitution that allows amendments when clear case is made and process followed. We must avoid simplistic notions that the process of decision via democracy is more important than freedom and liberty. The founders favor simple voting at the local and state level; but had perpetual reason to avoid massive regional numeric majority as over-ruling the need to win in the Electoral College.


Our children must learn why this critical determination was carefully determined and agreed to long ago and has served well with the exception of the struggle for freedom and liberty that had to be and has been ultimately bestowed upon descendants of our pre-industrial age that were children of slavery. We must not allow and rarely see any limitation on individual rights that causes irrelevant charges of freedom being denied for any circumstance of birth to legal American citizens.
