    The current false allegations against Judge Kavanaugh cannot be investigated, as there are not enough details from Ford to even begin an investigation. As such, if Ford does not come forward and testify (under oath) to the committee on Monday, September 24th, then all of the false allegations should be noted as lies, and the confirmation vote taken. She should have to publicly withdrawn her false allegations, which she cannot substantiate, and confess it was all a lie. If there are no facts to substantiate, no one could possibly need to refute said unsubstantiated allegations.
