    If the accusation were true, the deed in no way disqualifies such an excellent jurist. And taking 6 weeks to give notice of this is clear and obvious obstruction with the sole purpose to delay. Confirmation at any othe time in our history would be automatic with these credentials. Stop the circus play, please.
