I have had the opinion and so does all the courts in the USA that a person is innocent until he is proven guilty.

Please confirm Brett Kavanaugh without delay. This tactic by the Democrats has been a Hail Mary pass and everyone knows it. It is making a mockery of the process. It also sets such dangerous precedent that I haven’t the words to address my disgust and my outrage.

The obvious politics displayed by the Democrats and lack of respect shown to a sitting Federal Jurist in a publicly televised hearings was uncalled for! I had been a registered democrat since 1972 and was until I saw that the Democratic Party was NO Longer the party I or my family before me had belonged to. I have and will continue to talk to my family, friends, neighbors, and everyone I come in contact with through my professional law enforcement associations to VOTE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES ONLY as the Democratic Party is NO longer for the citizens but for THEIR own political power gain and HIGHER TAXES that they DO NOT pay for anyway!

Since you declared your membership as a Republican, I would presume innocence until proven guilty is something you adhere to and declare sacred! As an LDS convert at ASU, Eddie Flake was my best friend!


Having served on numerous Church courts, except in the case of a confession, we adhere to the same presumption of innocence until decided otherwise, prior to a Church court which entitled the accused 6 high counselors on each side to ensure fair representation for the Church and individual.


Judge Kavanaugh has not been proven guilty, and from all information gathered, there is no consensus that Dr Ford’s account is verifiable or accurate.

Therefore any vote against him is strictly for political gain.


If you want to give that nefariously sought after gain to the Democrats who seek to destroy all that made America great, then you are not a Republican or a man of honor and courage!
