Strategic Assessment of your direct response development program

Grassroots Action's team, with more than six decades of experience, will conduct a Strategic Assessment of your direct response development program.

This Assessment will include:

• Review of your current direct response practices -- email, mail, texting, telemarketing;
• Analysis of creative content: messaging, landing pages and printed resources;
• Analysis of your development systems -- website, CMS, CRM, email and text delivery;
• Lifetime Value assessment of current donor file;
• Identification of your top fundraising goals with a plan to meet the goals over the next 12 months;
• Top five recommended priorities moving forward;
• Strategic Assessment Report delivered within 30 days of initiation.

Your involvement:

• Initial launch Zoom call (plan on 45-60 minutes)
• Completion of our questionnaire
• Timely delivery of key metrics to our team
• Strategic Assessment Report Zoom call to review assessment (plan on 60-90 minutes)

Cost:

• $5,000 with $2,000 due upon initiation (initiate process below) and $3,000 due upon completion
  • Pay-in-full discount: $4,000 due upon initiation
• Note: If your organization contracts with Grassroots Action for subsequent work within six months, up to 60% of total cost of Assessment will be refunded as a credit against subsequent invoices for services billed within six months of completion of this assessment (up to $1,000/month, not to exceed 50% of month's invoice).
