PRIVACY & USAGE STATEMENTS

This website is owned by Grassroots Action, Inc. (an Internet and email services company) and operated either on behalf of itself or in association with a partnering organization, separate entities that serve as “operators” of the site. This is an "opt-in" e-mail service that does not send unsolicited e-mail. The only way to receive e-mail from the operators of this website is to sign a petition or other similar registration form and submit your name, address, and e-mail address. By doing so you are authorizing the operators to add your information to a database.

Information collected: To sign the petition or other similar registration form we require that you provide your name, address, city, state, zip, country, and email address. Other optional information that you may choose to provide may include phone numbers, demographic information, preferences, etc. There are no fees, dues, or charges of any kind for signing a petition.

USAGE: By signing the petition you authorize the operators of this site to include your name on the printed petition(s) that may be presented to elected officials or other recipients targeted for action by the petition(s).

POLICY ON SPAMMING. The operators of this website seek to secure the Internet privacy of every person signing this petition. Therefore, your e-mail address will not be sold, traded, or shared with any other organization. By checking the "Please email me periodic updates on this and other issues" you will receive regular e-mail from the operators of this website. If you select, “Allow us to contact you with information from select partner organizations” on the petition or registration form, you may from time to time receive emails from the operators or PartnerOrganizations.com, which is owned and operated by Grassroots Action, with information from organizations that we feel may be of interest to you. In all such e-mail sent to you by the operators of this site there will be an "unsubscribe" link that you may click to immediately unsubscribe and receive no further e-mail. Or you can send a written request to: Unsubscribe, P.O. 277, Maxwell, IA 50161. Similarly, for all such e-mail sent to you from PartnerOrganizations.com there will be a “remove” link that you may click to remove your email and prevent receiving any further emails from partner organizations.

Privacy Statement: At no time will your e-mail address be sold, shared, or traded. From time to time the operators may, at their sole discretion, share information regarding participants in aggregate or at an individual level with select partner organizations.

Changes to the Privacy & Usage Statements
The operators may amend this policy from time to time. If the operators make substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we may notify you.
