Citizens to Obama:
"Stop Your War on Our Troops!"
The Issue
Frantic for votes, the Obama administration put
the U.S. military in its crosshairs on July 17, when his
campaign team, the Democratic National Committee and the Ohio
Democratic Party filed suit to strike down Ohio law granting
members of the military extra time to vote.
The new Ohio law grants members of the military and their
families three extra days to cast ballots. However Obama and his
fellow Democrats are crying foul, saying it's unconstitutional
for Ohio to allow the military to vote up until the Monday
before the election while the cutoff for everyone else is three
days sooner. In their suit they say the extension is "unfair"
and "disenfranchises" other voters.
The Action
Conservative 50 Plus a fast-growing alternative alliance for
conservatives age 50 and up believes our military earns the
right everyday to have this three day voting extension and is
eager to tell Obama and his cohorts to "Stop his war on our
military!" They are moving quickly to rally and mobilize 50,000
citizen signers of their petition who find Obama's attack
offensive to our military!

petitions to the White House and to the Democratic National
Committee and the Ohio Democratic Party.

The Petition States:
As a mature American citizen, I find the actions
against our military by the Obama administration, the
Democratic National Committee and the Ohio Democratic Party
to be reprehensible. Each and every day our soldiers put
themselves on the line for liberty. The very least we can do
is allow them sufficient time to cast their ballots. I'm
calling on Obama to immediately drop his suit and issue a
public apology to our military.
